Refund Policy

At Veviaglow, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our refund and return policy below.
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day refund window from the date your order is delivered. If 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition you received it
- Be in its original packaging (where applicable)
- Include proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo or video evidence.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds for the following:
- Orders with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs
- Items marked as delivered but not received (unless supported by claim investigation)
- Digital or downloadable products
- Membership subscription fees (after the renewal has been charged)
4. Refund Process

- Your order number
- Reason for the refund
- Photo or video evidence (if applicable)
Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item (if needed). After we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you of the refund approval and process your refund to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
5. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
6. Canceling an Order
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
7. Membership Refunds
The Veviaglow Membership renews monthly. We do not offer refunds for charges already processed. You may cancel your membership anytime before the next billing date by contacting us at support@veviaglow.com.
