Veviaglow is a Drop Shipping store, and our products are shipped directly from our suppliers. Shipping times vary depending on the destination and product origin, but typical delivery times are:

• United States: 7–15 business days

Please note: Some items may ship separately if they come from different suppliers.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available). It may take 1–3 days for tracking information to update depending on the shipping carrier.

4. Shipping Costs

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses. If you need to change your shipping address, contact us immediately.

7. Lost or Stuck Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but not received, or is stuck in transit, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll work with the shipping carrier to locate your package or offer a resolution where appropriate.
