4. Returns & Refunds

Veviaglow offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Full terms are available in our Refund Policy.

5. Membership Terms

Veviaglow offers a voluntary VIP Membership Program that provides members with exclusive benefits, including discounted pricing on select products, early access to new launches, and other perks.

Membership Enrollment is Optional: Customers are not automatically enrolled in the VIP Membership Program. Instead, they may choose to join by selecting the “VIP Price” option during checkout, which includes monthly membership fees. Alternatively, customers may choose to purchase products at the full “Guest Price” without joining the membership program.

• VIP Membership Billing: Memberships are billed monthly at $29.99 (or as otherwise stated) to the payment method used at checkout. The first charge will be applied upon purchase of a qualifying product under the VIP Price.
• Automatic Renewal: Memberships renew automatically each month unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.
• Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us at support@veviaglow.com . Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refund Policy for Memberships: Membership fees are non-refundable after the initial billing period. However, if you cancel before the next billing cycle, no further charges will apply.

All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice. We strive to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee that all details are always current, complete, or error-free.

As a dropshipping company, products may come from different manufacturers and be shipped separately. We are not responsible for any variations in packaging or branding.

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. We accept major credit cards as displayed at checkout. By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
